Capri Restaurant Closes its Doors

As a surprise to all the residents in Niagara Falls, the Capri Restaurant, a well known and popular eatery located on Ferry St closes its doors for the last time earlier this month.

The Capri had been in business for almost 55 years and was a very popular eatery and gathering place for many residents, tourists, local politicians and even the odd movie or tv star visiting the Honeymoon Capital.

The restaurant was well known for its great meals, relaxing atmosphere and friendly employees. It was one of those places where you would go with a few friends or some co workers and discuss the daily happenings around town.

The exact reason for the closure is not known and neither is the future of the business. Everyone in the community hopes that this is somehow a temporary situation and that things will work out in the end.

However if this really is the end of the Capri Restaurant it will be missed as the local place to eat and to be seen.
