Prince Charles and Wife Camillia Plan to Visit The Niagara Area
The details of a visit to Canada by Prince Charles and his wife have been released by the Prime Ministers office and include a twelve city, four province tour of the country.
The royal visit will take place from November 2nd to the 12th 2009 and will have stops in Newfoundland, Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia.
The Ontario stops will be in Ottawa, Petawawa, Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara on the Lake.
It is the hopes of many Niagara Falls residents that the Royal couple will find time while in Niagara on the Lake to come down to the Honeymoon City for a view of the Falls surrounded by the parks and trees in late Autumn color.
The trip will mark the 16th visit to Canada by the prince over the years however he has not been back since 2001. For his wife Camilla though, this will be her first trip to the country.
A complete itinerary including the exact dates of the Niagara visit will come out soon before the Canadian trip takes place.
