Hoops = POOPS *MUST READ*

Everyone who has eaten @ hoops or has worked there knows what im talking about. Everyone calls Hoops POOPS instead, WHY? cuz its s****y to work there, s****y to eat there, and the food gives everyone the s***s! From bitin into chicken wings/ chicken fingers and smelling B.O or a fishy taste is absolutely disgusting. And if you ever have a complaint about your food, do not expect a manager to discount it for you. They're Cheap and RUDE! My friends ordered MILD chicken wings and had her younger son w. us and was wiping the chicken wing sauce off w. a napkin bcuz it was too hot. The server tried to help us, but came back and said Shirin, the manager said "they ordered MILD and thats what they got! cant do anything about it, and told the server you should have handled this @ the table not come to me for help" So when the server came back w. that news, i was furious and asked to speak w. this SHIRIN lady, so waited 5 mins,then 10min, then 15mins and i asked the server, "the manager isnt coming is she?" and the server apologized and said she doesnt like confrontation. its like HELLLO u own a restaurant and cannot handle interacting w. your guests? and that was just the icing on the cake, we later found out that our WINGS were in HOT SAUCE, NOT MILD. SO it was there mistake all along. WILL NEVER EVERRRR COME BACK TO HOOPS EVER AGAIN! WORD OF MOUTH IS YOUR BIGGEST ADVERTSISING. SHIRIN you are a terrible manager! Something else you should know is, friends and i ordered nachos and to our suprise we found a fly BAKED onto the cheese, so the server took it away as we were disgusted, and over heard Shirin say "tell your table we dont have FLies in the kitchen, so it mustve flew on there when the nachos were already @ the table. This SHIRIN lady is DILUSIONAL! again hoops shld be called POOPS
