Typical American type pizzeria

by Paul
(Niagara Falls)

As locals we made our first trip to Bravo. What we found was a lovely looking restaurant, clean spotless rest rooms, pleasant staff and extensive menu.
The wine list was very short on local wines thus it appears that the list was prepared by Americans. The pre apps were small and not tasteful and only a small serving of balsamic and oil was provided.
the bread was slim and not appropriate.
Before we had the pre apps our appetizers were on the table.
The rice balls were good but too big and too many for 1 person (another American trait) and the calamari was way over cooked.
before we had a chance to finish the appetizers the pizza was on our table and got cold before we got to the pizza. Service felt like a fast food restaurant.
On a Tuesday night when the place was less than 1/2 full we were finished in 65 minutes, including a bottle of wine.
The pizza was average at best.

With some improvements in the food and service timing this could be a nice place...but as of now it is a tourist haven...not good for locals.
